LPA 8 - Notice to Public Guardian of application to Court of Protection

If you are using form COP 7 to object to the Court of Protection about the registration of a lasting power of attorney (LPA), you also need to send this LPA 8 form to the Office of the Public Guardian. This tells them about your objection. If you don't send it to them, there is a risk that the LPA will be registered.
